How do I qualify?

If you are a senior level decision maker and are interested in placing business with high quality meetings and events suppliers, you may be eligible to attend as a Hosted Buyer.

When considering applications, we look at the following criteria:

  • You currently organise meetings, incentives, conferences and/or events outside your home country and across the globe
  • You are a senior MICE professional with decision making authority on the suppliers you work with across the globe
  • You are available to attend the virtual event on the 28 June – 1 July 2021 and able to attend pre-scheduled meetings during the event
  • Organiser of annual event budgets and number of events organised per year
